When do I get the exact address?
The host chooses when to share the exact address with you after verified Match Fee payment. The saved address and sharing time become part of your Match Record.
Does payment confirm my booking?
Host acceptance and Match Fee payment alone do not reserve the dates. Both sides must confirm the booking. Arrange rent, any deposit and handover directly with your host.
What does the Match Record keep?
It helps both sides refer back to the dates, rent estimate, declarations, agreement and photos or messages added after payment. These are participant-provided records. Skejap does not provide insurance or independently verify the property or either participant’s identity.
